How a brief runs

Brief

One call to lock the role, the team, the comp band, the make-or-break qualities and the offer process. We come prepared, not script-reading. You sign off the written brief before we move.

ii.

Search

Network first, then targeted outreach with messaging signed off by you. Every approach references your business carefully - we name nobody we have not already prepared the candidate for.

iii.

Shortlist

Three to five candidates per brief, each ranked against the written brief with a short note on motivation, fit and notice period. Right-to-work, qualifications and references confirmed before introduction.

Land

We coordinate the offer, manage counter-offer pressure, line up the start date, and check in at week 2, 6 and 12 to make sure the placement is holding.
